Conference Parking Rates
Overnight Parking is $20
Day Parking is $12
Volunteers will be provided free parking, meal and we would be delighted to have you to attend the evening receptions as well.
Cancellation Policy
In the event you will be unable to attend the conference after you have registered, you must provide written notice of cancellation to cser@kmdevents.net by Monday, February 28, 2025. All cancellations received by Monday, February 28, 2025 will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
There will be no refunds for cancellations and modifications received after Monday, February 28, 2025.
Substitutions are allowed. Please send an email to cser@kmdevents.net with the name and e-mail address of the substitute.
